Ryan Foley
Ryan is a military kid. Growing up, he moved every 2 to 3 years living in places like Guam and Germany. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, has completed graduate courses at Dallas Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Regent University. Ryan moved to the Eastern Shore in 2020. He married his wife Emma in 2024. Emma teaches 5th grade at Berlin Intermediate School.

Ryan has traveled to 27 countries.
Ryan and his wife Emma met at a Coastal Berlin Midweek service and got married 2 years later at the Coastal Berlin Campus in front of the cross by the pavilion in 2024 (Pastor Bryan officiated the wedding).
